The internal memory will be cleared, and the phones are either given to CJFJC clients to use as emergency 9-1-1 phones or they are recycled with proceeds going to support victim services (taxis, food and other assistance). If possible, please delete the phone prior to donating.

The CJFJC is open M-F, from 8:30am to 4:30pm, except for designated holidays. Walk-in hours are from 8:30am-12pm and from 1pm-3pm. 

Appointments are not necessary.  Clients are seen on a first come, first served basis. 

The center is located at 718 Court E, Tacoma, WA 98402; in downtown Tacoma.

All client records and information are kept in the strictest of confidence. Information will not be shared without a written release from the client or where legal exceptions exist.

Yes. If you need an interpreter, one  will be provided.

Yes. The CJFJC is ADA accessible.

No. Clients do not pay for any of the services provided at the CJFJC.

Yes. We have specially designed areas just for children.

There is parking available in the marked stalls in the parking lot right next to the building. Parking is also available on the street.
